Graduado Fogo organized a nice event, where kids brought their parents and shared a few hours practicing Capoeira together.
Big kudos for the work, inspiration and motivation for the small and big ones goes to Grad. Fogo!

Hi!
Today's training (Friday 7.9.2012) has to be cancelled, we'll get a gym makeover, I believe it will be definitely worth the one training.
